Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All shipping packages will be accompanied with tracking and the option of express with additional fees, all orders over $150 will receive free shipping. 

The flat rate for international shipping is AUD$45 but if the item is bulky this may differ. Please contact us if you have a question.
