Returns
Please choose carefully as due to the secondhand and vintage nature of our goods we are not required to offer an exchange or refund if you change your mind.
We take pride in only reselling quality items and take utmost care to describe any minor faults or flaws we see and provide measurements wherever possible. All items are sold “as is”. If there are any faults or flaws described the price of that item will reflect that. If you happen to receive an item which has a fault that wasn’t described please contact us immediately. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.
If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described please contact thejunkyardgypsies@yahoo.com. We will then assess if you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
When your item has been assessed and approved, you will receive conformation with return address. Return shipping costs to the store will be discussed over email.
Additional non-returnable items:
- perishable items
- Gift cards
- Intimate or sanitary goods
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
